
Wing Yen Wong specializes in tenancy law with a strong focus on residential property. Wing Yen advises (inter)national investors, developers, housing associations, property managers, and other professional landlords, and represents them in proceedings. She is decisive and pragmatic, and litigates on a regular basis. On every file, she immerses herself fully in the matter, so that she can always provide complete, well-substantiated advice and guide the case to a successful outcome. Wing Yen is also regularly asked to provide in-house training courses for her clients.
Wing Yen studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam (Private Law Practice and Tax Law). She gained extensive experience at various law firms in Amsterdam. Wing Yen was admitted to the bar in 2017. She ran her own practice for more than three years. In 2021, she joined the firm of Femke Borst (founder of Arrow Advocaten), where she developed her practice further. In 2022, she completed the Tenancy Law specialization program of the Association of Tenancy Law Attorneys (Vereniging van Huurrecht Advocaten, VHA) and has been a member of the association ever since.
In addition to Dutch and English, Wing Yen speaks and writes Chinese.
