Saskia Roeters van Lennep specializes in (civil) real estate law in the broad sense of the word, including purchase and sale, rights in rem, and acquisitive and extinctive prescription, with a particular focus on (commercial) tenancy law. Saskia advises (inter)national investors, developers, housing associations, property managers, and other professional parties, and represents them in proceedings.
Recently, Saskia has, among other things, assisted landlords and tenants with the drafting and performance of tenancy agreements, litigated on matters of extinctive prescription, litigated and advised on the drafting and performance of purchase agreements, advised on the private-law limits to the exercise of ownership rights, and delivered a course on current developments in real estate law for experienced real estate attorneys.
Saskia studied Dutch law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the University of Amsterdam, specializing in (commercial) private law. Saskia was admitted to the bar in February 2019. She worked as an attorney at two mid-sized firms in Amsterdam and as a legal counsel in the Land and Development department of the City of Amsterdam. Saskia has been with Arrow Advocaten since April 2026.
She successfully completed the Tenancy Law specialization program of the Association of Tenancy Law Attorneys in June 2026 and is a member of the association.
