Noa Groos

Noa Groos is a legal assistant at Arrow Advocaten, working within environmental and planning law. She handles legal matters in areas including spatial planning, the environment, nature conservation, soil, water, and sustainability. In her role, she supports ARROW's attorneys on a wide range of files and projects for, among others, public authorities, project developers, and housing associations.

Noa is results-driven, precise, and engaged. With a sharp legal eye and a creative approach, she quickly gets to the heart of an issue. She enjoys getting deeply involved in a file and thoroughly immersing herself in the subject matter, with an eye for both the details and the bigger picture. In doing so, she never loses sight of the objective and searches purposefully for suitable solutions.

Noa completed her Master's in Constitutional and Administrative Law at Tilburg University in June 2026. During her studies, she developed a broad interest in administrative law, with environmental and planning law and nature conservation law particularly appealing to her. She started as a legal assistant at ARROW Advocaten on September 1, 2026.

Noa speaks and writes Dutch, English, and Spanish.
